One of the main challenges for our engineers is to design press machine for interlocking bricks that can produce the highest compaction strength while giving high output. Too many manufacturers compromise on the high output since to be able to do that is not just by upgrading the powered engine. We simply chose not to compromise on the output since high output is what this industry needs to position in the market. Other than upgrading the engine, we have to design more automation feature on the machine - automatic feeder, and automatic press. To do that, we have to program the machines using the PLC for almost every single electrical and electronic components on the machine. The result, we are able to do 6pcs per minute output.

An engine is like the heart of the machine.We realise that in order to get a way more stronger bricks, more volume of mixture needs to be compacted. We have design an incredibly powerful engine that could cater the ultra high pressure from the compression. The 15HP engine helps you power through the whole process and gives a faster responsive output.

Reliability of the engine’s components arecompletely uncompromisable. AAB from Switzerland supply us the motor, we use gear-pump imported from Italy and we have valve coming directly from the United States of America. Integrate all these major components into one, you have everything you need to build the ultimate 15HP engine.

Pattern Bricks’ Function.
Don’t just produce standard bricks.
Bricks have never been produced fancily. Imagine producing bricks that can be decorated straightly, fresh from the mould. With our machines, impossible means nothing. Patterning bricks has been reengineered to serve clients’ preferences.
The front plate mould can be lifted up once pressing is done, producing brick patterns like you’ve never witness before.

Highest Accuracy
for dimension.
Other machines stop bricks’ compression using bar or limit switch. We find those method inaccurate, and we install high accuracy proximity sensor instead. The sensor has been proven to be more precise to stop the bricks’ compression. As soon as the compression plate kisses the proximity sensor, it simply stops compressing.
Give the compression the best stopper and you will get a consistent dimension.

Automatic Mode with
just a touch of a button.
A control panel like none else. With our HMI (human - machine interface), the way to interact with the machine has evolved - an interface), the way to interact with the machine has evolved - an overwhelming experience. Programming made into PLC is more precise and can never be more consistent. Inputs such as hydraulic pressures, speed of mechanisms, safety features and production rate can now be programmed securely. And not to forget, the PLC system rarely malfunction. Thus, giving us a smooth-sailing programming process.

All bricks’ design
in one machine.
We know that some people couldn’t afford to buy three machines or more to produce three main component of compressed interlocking bricks. We also know that the mould needs to be replaced due to wear and tear - most of the time, not the whole mould set that is broken. It could only be one or two mould plates.Other than finding ways to reinforce the mould to last longer by using wear-resistant solid high carbon steel materials - chemically treated, we also design it to be totally interchangeable. This means, now, producing variable brick designs has been made possible and the lifespan of each mould has never been this long, before replacing the only worn mould plate - if needed be..

All the main structures
are made of Solid Steel.
When we figured out that the press machine required massive power to deliver the ultra pressure, our mechanical and structural engineers had to design and play with the structural analysis software to ensure the structural can take the load. Or else – the structure will fail, like any other machines. The result, we came out with super high strength structural made by solid steel.

Base structures
are made of Solid Steel.
The load from the main structures generated by the ultra pressure will have to transfer to the base. In order to enhance this load transfer, we designed the base structure made of 100% solid steel. Just like a solid house require a solid foundation.
